Automated Systems

For clarity: personalized readings, advisory consultations, and other substantive interpretive services offered through the App are performed by human advisors. Automated systems are not used to substitute for or replace human advisors in the provision of such services.
Third-Party Content
Any third-party articles, links, or advisor-provided insights ("Third-Party Content") are for convenience only. Clarifind acts as a distributor, not a publisher, of such content and does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.
User Conduct & Restrictions
You agree:
- Not to use the App for illegal purposes;
- Not to disrupt networks or servers connected to the App;
- To comply with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications;
- Not to spam, harass, or distribute unlawful material;
- Not to record advisor sessions without explicit consent;
- Not to solicit advisors for private contact outside the App.
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
In-App Purchases (IAP)
For IAP transactions, Google may require personal data for verification. By purchasing, you consent to this data sharing.
User Submissions
You retain ownership of content you submit ("Submissions") but grant Clarifind a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute it. Prohibited content includes:
- Copyrighted material without permission;
- False, defamatory, or illegal content;
- Spam or unauthorized advertising.
Termination
We may terminate your access at any time without notice. Surviving provisions include intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and liability limitations.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in effect at the time of the dispute. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in the courts of Hong Kong to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
Waiver of Class Action: You and Clarifind agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this dispute resolution mechanism.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
CLARIFIND'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE RELATED SERVICE OR $50 (WHICHEVER IS LESS). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Refund Methods
Account Balance (Mins) Refunds
- Eligible refunds will be issued as Mins (platform currency).
Refunds to Original Payment Method
- Used or partially used Mins cannot be refunded to your original payment method.
- For non-PayPal / bank card transactions, refunds to the original payment method are unavailable.
- For PayPal or bank card payments, we may require justification before approving a refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds apply only to paid services. The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Completed orders with no service deficiencies (refunds requested due to user regret).
- Completed orders where the advisor did not respond to follow-up messages.

Additional non-refundable cases:

- Orders deleted before a refund request (per privacy policies).
- Requests must be submitted within:
- 3 days for full refunds;
- 30 days for partial refunds.
- Late requests will not be processed.
Full Refund Eligibility
Live Sessions:
- Advisor disconnects within 1 minute without meaningful interaction.
- Advisor provides no substantial insights (for calls exceeding 3 minutes).
- Service denied due to user being underage.
- Platform / app malfunction disrupts the session.
Partial Refund Eligibility
Live Sessions:
- Session interrupted due to advisor's technical issues (refund proportional to unused time).
- Advisor excessively promotes additional services (partial refund after review).
Cases Requiring Investigation
We will conduct further reviews for:
- Technical failures (app / server errors).
- Disputes or misconduct during sessions.
- Refund requests submitted after 30 days citing "service quality" or "advisor misconduct."
Automatic Refunds
Live Chats:
If an advisor fails to respond promptly, the order will be voided, and no Mins will be deducted.
Additional Terms
- This policy may be updated periodically.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds if users:
- Dispute charges via banks to reclaim funds;
